Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Oceans of Stone

To longtime anime enthusiasts, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Series is a legend in its own right. Since its debut in 1987, Hirohiko Araki’s manga series has been doing well to this day. With the protagonist of each generation sharing the same nickname, “Jojo”, it is the story of the Joestar family.

The sixth season and final animated adaptation of this saga, Stone Ocean, revolves around Jolyne Cujo, who finds herself sitting in a Florida prison after being charged with murder. After a gift from his father Joutaro, awakening his latent abilities, Jolyne sets out on a path to discover more about his life.

This series is famous for its artistic style and overall intergenerational plot. Each season tells the story of a different protagonist and yet they are all connected.
