Don’t Watch These 9 Anime Series Before Bedtime
Some of you have coconut heads and will decide to take them as recommendations. Don’t. We try to warn you of the possibility of sleepless nights. It will end in tears.
Akira, the protagonist, woke up after a night of clubbing and was twice the height of everyone else, could run very fast, and had a living demon inside him. Obviously, this anime was written by a Nigerian parent to stop people from going to clubs. After watching this, you just might.

Berserk was definitely written by one of those high schoolers because half of those villains gave Lady Koi Koi energy. The manga and anime are so unbalanced that only a madman would watch or read them before going to bed.
The attack of the Titans
Is this anime superior to semo? Perhaps. Will it scare you? Yes, for life. You don’t know bad dreams until you see a Titan eat a human being and chew it like hot suya. They’re terrifying to watch, and while this anime has more to offer than naked Titans eating humans for fun, that doesn’t make it any less scary.

The moment an anime begins with a calm-looking boy and his equally calm parents, expect the worst, and Parasyte did not disappoint. Imagine casually walking around with a parasite that has taken over your left hand and has a mind of its own. Even though they become a superhero duo fighting off other parasites, you’ll never get used to someone’s head exploding randomly in the first episode.
If violence and gore aren’t your thing, you better skip this anime because there’s a lot of it. The scenes in this anime always happen at night, which is a big red flag. The music playing during the fight scenes alone will give you a heart attack. The main character, Kaneki, was frequently tortured and had parts of his body amputated. Think of those videos that Nigerian parents like to share on WhatsApp, and it’s worse than that.
Elfin Lied doesn’t even give you room to breathe with the horror, gore and blood. It’s about the complicated relationship between humans and diclonius, who are mutant humans with horns. The anime starts with kids killing a puppy that belongs to Lucy, the first diclonius, and it goes downhill. Lucy, of course, is going crazy from all the torture she’s been through and is now tearing limbs apart for fun. Please don’t say we didn’t warn you.
A human with the power to kill anyone with a book and a pen, omo? To make matters worse, his sidekick looks like all of Nigeria’s meth issues. Watch this and be prepared for your sleepless nights at Mount Zion movies.
Demon Slayer is mostly funny and full of adventures until the demons come out. Since the title warns you, you’d think you’d know what to expect, but no, these demons are like the ones your Nigerian mother warns you to pray against, except even prayers can’t save you from them. One word is enough for the wise.
