Anime Expo will bring new and classic anime films to North American theaters with AX Cinema Nights – MP3 and NPC

After a successful launch at this year’s Anime Expo, convention officials will bring AX Cinema Nights to theaters across North America.

Announced today, the screening series is produced in collaboration with Iconic Events Releasing. Future screenings planned for this series include the theatrical edition of Ultramanthe celebration of the fifth anniversary of A silent voice (October 12), and The house of the lost on the cape (September 7). During the Anime Expo, fans were able to see movies such as Cape Town’s House of the Lost, Ryoma! The Prince of Tennis – Gloryand the theatrical edition of Ultraman.

In November, Anime Expo will travel to Ontario, California to Ontario Anime Show, which takes place November 12 and 13 at the Ontario Convention Centre. Tickets will soon go on sale to the general public. Our Anime Expo coverage can be found here.
